Excellent in every aspect

We went for breakfast very good. Had blueberry pancakes, sausage, bacon.. off season so it wasn't busy just locals. Went back for dinner and they were closed. If going off season check when they're open.. service was great..

I've seen better silverware at McDonald's, the dinning area floor was filthy, carpets never work in a dinning area. The door to go in and out of the kitchen is right off the dinning area, it slams Everytime someone goes in or out. The wait staff was fine, the food itself was terrible. My salad was bad, skme if the lettuce was wet n brown.

Fish and chips were the best. Great atmosphere. We were dressed like beach bum vacationers and felt our of place. Our waitress seemed upset to have us because we didn't look like big tippers like the other patrons. The food was great though and we were very pleased with our experience. We will dress better the next time we go.

Excellent seafood. The staff was very nice and the mood in the establishment was very relaxing. 10/10 will return next time we visit.

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast served by, Peter, the owner. The bacon was cooked to perfection and the bottomless coffee robust.

This is a hard working family owned place. Super nice folks and great food.

The staff treated us like we were old friends. The food was prepared perfectly. We had steak and lobster. We came from out of town and arrived not long before closing time and they graciously accommodated us and did not rush us out.

They were so great! Very friendly, kid oriented. All around a happy place. And the food was great. I looked around and not one person complained about there food. I wish i ordered there lobster. It looked sooooo good. But there baked stuff shrimp was excellent. My whole family was happy and the price was great!

We had breakfast to go for 5! We all loved it plenty of food and The gentleman that took our order was really nice and helpful.

I had brunch after church at Olympia Fish House just before they closed at noontime. Great food and below average prices. I will differently return again and again.

Had the crabcake Benedict, I love eggs Benedict and this was just a nice change. Family run business, very friendly and quick service. Lots of menu choices.

My favorite restaurant on the Cape. The food is delicious. The portions are great. The prices are fantastic. Peter and Fotios are the best. I've been going to Olympia every summer for over 20 years. If you haven't tried it yet, please do. I promise you will return.

We weren't expecting much, hearing that it's outdated, and the staff is rude sometimes. We still wanted to give it a chance and we are so happy we did. They have unbelievably great prices until 6:00 pm! We got there in plenty of time to take advantage of this. One of us ordered the lobster that comes with a fresh salad, and a choice of potato or onion rings. The onion rings were crisp and delicious, and the lobster was cooked perfectly. My date ordered the Fishermans Platter which was excellent. It included large sea scallops, haddock, clam strips, and shrimp and they all were cooked perfectly, in addition to the onion rings and french fries, and salad. We ordered a whole carafe and the 2 meals were $40!!! plus tip. What a delicious bargain. Who cares if the decorating is outdated. It still appeared clean and the wait staff was polite. We are going back!

There was a gentlemen there, a cook. The meat was undercooked and when confronted simply said if you're satisfied leave. I think the name started with G. If service was better maybe I'll go back.

Great food at a great price! You will not leave hungry, that's for sure! Family owned and operated. Great people! Old school Cape vibe, nothing fancy. Put on a bib and dig into their reasonably priced twin lobsters, steamers or any of their goodies!

Great place to eat. Don’t expect it to have an amazing ambiance but do expect the amazing service, large portions and some of the most attentive wait staff I’ve ever had. Gluten free options for people as well. If you eat before six you can get a whole lobster with salad and potato for $15. The food is very fresh and if your glass ever gets empty it’s because you are hiding it.

This place was just a quarter of a mile up from the embassador hotel I was staying at. I had the fisherman's platter and everything was to my like you nice and crispy. The price of the 25 bucks for that . Got some crab cakes on the side that had quite a blue crab and them so I like that. The service was good

My family always go to get "lobster super special" at Olimpia. Every summer. It's our Cape Cod tradition. The price is unbeatable and food is always fresh and delicious. The owners are very friendly Greek family.

Love their huge breakfast sausages.

Went for breakfast for the first time today while on vacation. Place is wicked clean. Wait staff is friendly. Food was great! Definitely will be going back. Place is a hidden gem. While lines are out the door at other places. This had No wait. Absolutely Great! Out did my expectations.

First time there we had breakfast. Doesn't look like much on the outside but inside was nice and clean. Bathrooms were also clean. Breakfast was excellent. We like the carmelized onions in with the homefries. Service was also very good. We will be back.

Ever tasted an omelette and mused, "This is the tastiest darn omelette!"? Actually happened to me at Olympia while trying their "My Big Fat Greek Omelette," (clever, eh?) Loaded with spinach, Kalamata olives and Feta and surrounded by fresh home fries, it was frankly world class! Overall, with it's rustic, retro feel, well-prepared dishes and sharp service, one may feel like dancing on the beach barefoot afterwards - Zorba the Greek style. And why not? Peter and his folks may even demonstrate! I suspect you'll leave stuffed and happy and want to return.

There for breakfast. The menu is reasonable, but very basic. Staff is not very friendly. The atmosphere has not changed in years.

This place is AWESOME! Great food with even greater service. I am trying to squeeze one last trip in before heading home. This place will remain at the top of my favorite places to eat! Just went back in September (2018) and I was not disappointed.. The lobsters were fresh and the service was excellent. Hats off to Peter and the rest of the Olympia House staff for another great visit. Can't wait to come back in 2019!
